I have had some trouble about sleeping at night recently and read the news, "Phones need 'bed mode' to protect sleep" by James Gallagher on BBC news, saying that smartphones, tablets and e-readers can distrupt our sleep. I found the article really useful because of two main reasons. First, the claims rely on the ideas of an expert called Prof Paul Gringras who is from Evelina Children's Hospital in London. Second, explaining the bad news, he also have a solution for it. The professor says that these devices has a blue light which delays the body clock and keeps poeple awake later into the evening and as the new model getting developed, devices started to be more "bluer and brighter" . If the manufacturers show more responsibility and add a sleep aware software that "could automatically filter out the blue light" as it gets darker in the evening, we can protect ourselves and our sleep from the affects of these smart devices. In conclusion, Prof Gringras shows people how to solve their sleep problems but until the producers make an effort for this, we should turn them off to have a better sleep at night. Imagine there is no abandoning It's better if you just love No hatred below us Above us only compassion Imagine all the people Have a room for the other Imagine there's no weird one It isn't an excuse to neglect
Nothing to leave or forget And no smoother up too Imagine all the people Have infinitely many friends You may say I'm a keeper But I'm not the only one I hope someday you'll keep us And the world will have each other
Imagine no chosen one Choose everybody if you can No need for distinction or races A brotherhood of man Imagine all the people Saving each other because they can You may say I'm a keeper But I'm not the only one I hope someday you'll keep us And the world will have each other
